NueHealth Appoints Lisa Dutterer as Senior Vice President of Operations and Strategic Growth
Veteran healthcare executive to lead strategic partnerships and growth initiatives across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the Mid-Atlantic region
KANSAS CITY, KS. — July 7, 2026 — NueHealth today announced the appointment of Lisa Dutterer as Senior Vice President of Operations and Strategic Growth, effective June 29, 2026.
Based in New Jersey, Dutterer will serve as a key member of NueHealth's senior leadership team, providing strategic oversight for the company's Mid-Atlantic portfolio while leading efforts to strengthen physician and health system partnerships, expand facility growth initiatives, and advance NueHealth's long-term regional and national growth strategy.
In her role, Dutterer will work closely with physician partners, facility leadership teams, and health system executives to drive operational performance, expand service lines, identify new partnership opportunities, and support the continued growth of NueHealth's ambulatory surgery center, specialty hospital, and value-based care platforms. She will also play a significant role in helping execute the company's broader strategy of building physician-led specialty care networks across key markets.

Dutterer joins NueHealth with more than three decades of healthcare leadership experience, including executive roles with Jefferson Health New Jersey, Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice, St. Luke's University Health Network, and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Throughout her career, she has led major growth initiatives, physician partnership strategies, service line expansion efforts, operational transformation projects, and large-scale healthcare development programs.
At Jefferson Health New Jersey, Dutterer led the $265 million transformation of the Cherry Hill campus, oversaw strategic growth initiatives across multiple service lines, and served as Chair of the Board for the Jefferson Surgical Center at Cherry Hill. During that time, she worked closely with NueHealth Chief Operating Officer Whitney Courser through their shared leadership of the successful joint venture facility.
