Since joining NueHealth in 2003, Whitney Courser has been a driving force behind the company’s growth and operational excellence. Over her two-decade tenure, she has held leadership roles across Finance and Accounting, Operations, Business Development, Marketing, and, most recently, as NueHealth's Chief Operating Officer. Her versatile leadership and commitment to client success have been instrumental in scaling NueHealth's national footprint and strengthening its presence in key regional markets.

Throughout her career at NueHealth, Whitney has developed numerous physician and health system joint ventures, ambulatory surgery center (ASC) syndications, surgical and specialty hospital partnerships, and multi-million-dollar real estate ventures. Among her notable achievements was the development of NueHealth’s Mid-Atlantic regional orthopedic network of ASCs and hospitals valued at over $500 million.

As Chief Operating Officer, Whitney leads NueHealth’s growth strategy, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, managing client relationships, and spearheading strategic business initiatives that position the company for long-term success. Her expertise in scaling operations, forging strategic partnerships, and executing complex healthcare transactions continues to drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence across the company’s platform.

Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Whitney currently resides in Overland Park, Kansas, with her husband and children.
