Nikki Johnson

SVP, Operations Support

Nikki Johnson joined NueHealth in 2010 and has spent more than 15 years building the operational and human capital foundation that supports the company's growth. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations, her focus is on translating company strategy into measurable facility-level results, with an emphasis on revenue cycle optimization, clinical quality, operational efficiency, and physician and partner relationships across the company's national portfolio of ambulatory surgery centers.

Nikki brings a distinctive combination of healthcare operations experience and organizational leadership. Before stepping into her current operational role, she spent over a decade driving performance initiatives that bridged strategy and execution, serving as Vice President of Talent and HR Business Partner Strategies. That foundation gave her a deep understanding of workforce dynamics, leadership development, and the organizational levers that drive high-performing healthcare teams.

Prior to joining NueHealth, Nikki held HR leadership roles within entities of HCA and Saint Luke's Health System (Kansas City), gaining deep exposure to the operational complexity of healthcare delivery and giving her direct experience navigating the regulatory, financial, and people challenges that define the industry.

Nikki holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. Outside of work, Nikki enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
