Marty Winslow heads the Payor Strategies team at NueHealth, where he leads enterprise-wide contracting efforts, oversees complex negotiations, and supports operational and financial performance across a multi-state portfolio of ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, and affiliated providers. His career reflects a consistent ability to align strategic growth initiatives with payor requirements while enhancing reimbursement and operational efficiency.

Throughout his career, Marty has held senior leadership roles spanning operations, business development, and managed care for both provider and payor-aligned organizations. At NueHealth, he has been instrumental in developing and implementing alternative payment models, including bundled and value-based arrangements, while continuing to support traditional managed care and contracting needs.

Earlier in his career, he provided regional operational oversight for multiple facilities across the Midwest, successfully leading new hospital and surgery center development, acquisitions, and physician partnerships. His expertise includes contract negotiation, facility development, board and physician leadership engagement, and large-scale revenue cycle transformation.

Marty is recognized for his pragmatic leadership style, analytical approach, and ability to translate complex payor dynamics into actionable strategies for operators, physicians, and health system partners.
