Lori Carr

SVP, Human Resources

Lori Carr serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at NueHealth, where she leads HR strategy and administration across the company's enterprise workforce and national network of surgical facilities. Her areas of focus and leadership include benefits and compensation, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

Lori brings more than two decades of progressive human resources leadership to her role. Prior to joining NueHealth in 2012, she served for six years in the human resources department at Metmor Financial, a MetLife subsidiary. Before that, she spent 16 years at Verizon Wireless, where, as Human Resources Director, she was responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs spanning seven states and a workforce of more than 1,200 employees.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from the University of Kansas. She resides in Overland Park, Kansas, with her family and is a proud University of Kansas alumna and avid supporter of Kansas City's professional sports teams.
