CJ Kadel

SVP Finance

CJ Kadel serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance at NueHealth, where he brings deep expertise in finance, strategic planning, and financial reporting. As SVP of Finance, CJ leads corporate financial strategy and planning, oversees financial reporting across NueHealth’s portfolio of surgical facilities and physician partnerships, and plays a critical role in advancing NueHealth’s value-based care platform.

Prior to joining NueHealth, CJ held key finance positions at C2FO, where he was instrumental in building and scaling the company’s Capital Finance services. There, he led investor reporting and oversaw preparation of financial statements, managed cash forecasting for a complex lending platform, and developed strategic financial models that supported the C2FO’s growth initiatives. Earlier in his career, CJ spent several years at PwC in audit and assurance services, where he supported clients in asset management and financial services.

CJ is a graduate of Kansas State University and resides in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife and children. Beyond his role at NueHealth, he serves on the board of Startland, a Kansas City nonprofit dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs, fostering innovation, and expanding economic opportunity in local communities.
