Senior Risk Management Analyst

Cash Link is a risk management and insurance professional with expertise in developing and overseeing complex corporate insurance programs. As Senior Risk Management Analyst, he leads enterprise-wide insurance strategies focused on mitigating organizational risk, optimizing cost efficiency, and aligning coverage structures with long-term business objectives.

Cash partners with brokers, carriers, legal counsel, and operational leaders to structure and execute insurance solutions that support enterprise risk management priorities. His oversight includes reviewing vendor agreements, lease contracts, and insurance provisions related to acquisitions and divestitures across corporate entities, surgical hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers.

As a trusted subject matter expert, Cash plays a key role in supporting business continuity, strengthening client relationships, and enabling strategic decision-making through proactive risk management and alternative risk-financing strategies.

Cash earned a bachelor’s degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Missouri State University. He also holds a Missouri Property and Casualty license and professional designations including Associate in Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM). In addition, he is an active member of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS).

Outside of work, Cash enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and dog. He is an avid golfer and follower of the Kansas City Chiefs.
